Hello and welcome to the world of Polar Bears. All the photos were taken at the Churchill Wildlife Managment Area in Churchill, Manitoba. This truly unique experience must be a part of anyone's vacation. I had the pleasure of booking a tour with Hallo Bay Adventure Company for the "Churchill Polar Bear Adventure Tour" out of Homer Alaska. If anyone is interested in viewing the polar bears in Churchill, Manitoba, I highly reccommend contacting Hallo Bay for an experience you'll never forget also be sure to check out National Geographic Polar Bear Cam. I also want to give a special thanks to Glenn Hopfner who happened to be our Tundra Buggy driver during our four days on the tundra. Glenn made sure we had the right light and lots of bears to photograph. Glenn is also an accomplished author and has written several books. One in particular is called "Tales From The Tundra". The book deals with Glenn's unique perspective as a buggy driver for over 9 years on the tundra. If you have a chance to find his book, give it a read and it will enlighten you as to what you are missing in Churchill, Manitoba.
